Friendly staff, convenient location for exploring the city. Room was comfortable and had a nice view of the gardens. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options. Would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Florence. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

I couldn't have asked for a better location during my stay in Florence. The hotel was situated in a calm and charming area, away from the busy tourist spots, but still conveniently close to the city center. The beautiful building and private parking added to the overall appeal. The room I stayed in was incredibly spacious, with a unique mezzanine that would be perfect for a family. The staff were absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They even printed off tickets for me and allowed me to park early and leave my car all day after check-out. Their assistance was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and unforgettable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location away from the noisy city center was a great advantage. It was just a 3-minute walk to the gates of the old town, which was perfect for exploring the sights. Additionally, the hotel was situated in a green neighborhood, which provided a nice and peaceful atmosphere.

During my Christmas stay, there were a couple of things that I really enjoyed about this hotel. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Secondly, the hotel's location was perfect, as it was situated in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, away from the busy tourist areas but still within walking distance to all the major attractions. Lastly, the breakfast provided was substantial and satisfying, offering a good variety of options to start the day.

On the downside, there were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't particularly enjoy. the room I stayed in was quite small, making it a bit challenging to comfortably unpack and live out of my suitcases.

We had a fantastic stay at this residential apartment. The cleanliness was top-notch, with a very clean bathroom and overall neatness throughout the flat. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, and kitchen tools, as well as blackout curtains in the living room and bedroom for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning was excellent in both the living area and the bedroom, ensuring a cool and pleasant environment. The location was perfect, being close to all kinds of facilities, including a nearby Metro Market, a hairdresser, and several restaurants and cafes. We especially loved how close it was to the main beach, allowing easy access to beach activities and beautiful views.
